Why I built Tentaku

I’m finishing up my degree at Columbia. I love computers, tech and AI — but in big lectures I had a hard time staying locked in and actually learning the material.

So I started building something to get me through a few hard classes. That turned into Tentaku: press Record in class, walk out with notes, flashcards and a plan, with your audio staying on your laptop.

We’re starting small. Long term, the goal is to train and build our own AI right into Tentaku, so you won’t need an API key at all.
